C\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c t\u1ea1o ra gi\u1ed1ng ng\u00f4 bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen d\u1ef1a v\u00e0o c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac DNA.&nbsp;C\u00e1c gi\u1ed1ng ng\u00f4 c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen \u0111\u1ec3 th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m mong mu\u1ed1n v\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t n\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p, bao g\u1ed3m kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng kh\u00e1ng s\u00e2u b\u1ec7nh v\u00e0 thu\u1ed1c di\u1ec7t c\u1ecf. C\u00e1c gi\u1ed1ng ng\u00f4 c\u00f3 c\u1ea3 hai \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m n\u00e0y hi\u1ec7n \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u1edf nhi\u1ec1u qu\u1ed1c gia.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ADN (Axit deoxyribonucleic) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c hi\u1ec3u l\u00e0 polymer c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c deoxyribonucleotide d\u1ea1ng s\u1ee3i \u0111\u00f4i ho\u1eb7c s\u1ee3i \u0111\u01a1n l\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t mang th\u00f4ng tin di truy\u1ec1n, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u00e3 h\u00f3a theo chu\u1ed7i c\u00e1c base (c\u00e1c h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t v\u00f2ng nit\u01a1 c\u00f3 trong purin ho\u1eb7c pyrimidin) v\u00e0 c\u00f3 trong nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 v\u00e0 v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c b\u00e0o quan. Tuy nhi\u00ean hi\u1ec7n nay c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m ng\u00f4 bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen v\u1eabn c\u00f2n nhi\u1ec1u tranh c\u00e3i do \u0111\u00f3 t\u1ea1i nhi\u1ec1u qu\u1ed1c gia \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 nh\u1eefng quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n ri\u00eang.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u1ede n\u01b0\u1edbc ta, c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c m\u1edf r\u1ed9ng s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen l\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c ph\u1ea3i nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u ng\u00f4 v\u00e0 \u0111\u1eadu t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1eeb c\u00e1c n\u01b0\u1edbc ph\u1ee5c v\u1ee5 cho nhu c\u1ea7u ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 trong n\u01b0\u1edbc. Song song v\u1edbi ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n, Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u00e3 x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng h\u00e0ng r\u00e0o ph\u00e1p l\u00fd, c\u00f3 c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd gi\u00e1m s\u00e1t, c\u00f3 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 ng\u01b0\u1ee1ng d\u00e1n nh\u00e3n hay ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m c\u00f3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng v\u00e0 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00f3i t\u1edbi ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n, hi\u1ec7n nay B\u1ed9 Khoa h\u1ecdc v\u00e0 C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 \u0111\u00e3 ban h\u00e0nh Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n qu\u1ed1c gia TCVN 13917-2:2023 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u01b0\u1ee3ng th\u1ef1c v\u1eadt bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen &#8211; ph\u1ea7n 2 v\u1ec1 s\u1ef1 ki\u1ec7n ng\u00f4 chuy\u1ec3n gen MIR 604. Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0a ra c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p real-time PCR (ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng chu\u1ed7i polymerase th\u1eddi gian th\u1ef1c) \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u01b0\u1ee3ng s\u1ef1 ki\u1ec7n MIR 604 (Zea mays L.) trong c\u00e2y ng\u00f4 v\u00e0 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m c\u00f3 ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c t\u1eeb ng\u00f4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u1ec1 nguy\u00ean t\u1eafc ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n n\u00e0y c\u0169ng \u0111\u01b0a ra c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 ADN \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u s\u1ef1 ki\u1ec7n ng\u00f4 chuy\u1ec3n gen MIR 604 c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc 76 bp b\u1eb1ng real-time PCR&nbsp;(PCR l\u00e0 quy tr\u00ecnh enzyme k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p khu\u1ebfch \u0111\u1ea1i in vitro c\u00e1c \u0111o\u1ea1n ADN \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m PCR \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh khu\u1ebfch \u0111\u1ea1i).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vietq.vn\/Images\/lelan\/2024\/09\/25\/ng%C3%B4%20bi%E1%BA%BFn%20%C4%91%E1%BB%95i%20gen%202.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-small-font-size\"><em>Vi\u1ec7c ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ng\u00f4 chuy\u1ec3n gen MIR 604 theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n gi\u00fap&nbsp;ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n sinh v\u1eadt bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen v\u00e0 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m c\u00f3 ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen. \u1ea2nh minh h\u1ecda<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110\u1ecbnh l\u01b0\u1ee3ng h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ADN s\u1ef1 ki\u1ec7n ng\u00f4 chuy\u1ec3n gen MIR 604, s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi v\u1edbi c\u00e1c m\u1ed3i v\u00e0 \u0111o\u1ea1n d\u00f2 \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u taxon \u0111\u1ec3 khu\u1ebfch \u0111\u1ea1i trong c\u00e1c v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u ng\u00f4 chu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 m\u1eabu th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m.&nbsp;C\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng quy tr\u00ecnh PCR t\u00edch l\u0169y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111o \u1edf m\u1ed7i chu tr\u00ecnh (real-time) b\u1eb1ng \u0111o\u1ea1n d\u00f2 oligonucleotit \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 \u0111\u00edch \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00e1nh d\u1ea5u b\u1eb1ng hai thu\u1ed1c nhu\u1ed9m hu\u1ef3nh quang FAM v\u00e0 TAMRA.&nbsp;FAM l\u00e0 thu\u1ed1c nhu\u1ed9m ph\u00e1t hu\u1ef3nh quang v\u00e0 TAMRA l\u00e0 thu\u1ed1c nhu\u1ed9m d\u1eadp t\u1eaft hu\u1ef3nh quang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u chung v\u1ec1 thu\u1ed1c th\u1eed \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u1ee7a thu\u1ed1c th\u1eed \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng trong TCVN 7608 (ISO 24276) &#8211; Th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m &#8211; Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ph\u00e2n t\u00edch \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n sinh v\u1eadt bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen v\u00e0 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m c\u00f3 ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i gen &#8211; Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u chung v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thu\u1ed1c th\u1eed ph\u00e2n t\u00edch ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 lo\u1ea1i tinh khi\u1ebft th\u00edch h\u1ee3p d\u00f9ng cho sinh h\u1ecdc ph\u00e2n t\u1eed, kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ee9a ADN v\u00e0 DNAse.
