After freezing, products are placed in a vacuum environment where water vapor transitions directly from a solid to a gaseous state. This process helps maintain the product&#8217;s structure, nutritional content, and color, enhancing the quality and value of the final product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, representatives from Quatest 3 (the Southern Center for Technical Standard Metrology and Quality) provided guidance on product quality announcements and emphasized key considerations for ensuring the quality of freeze-dried products before they are released to the market.
