This law has facilitated business production and the signing of new-generation free trade agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Hi\u1ec7p emphasized that efforts to improve public communication and management capacity have been intensified, but various shortcomings still exist. Legal documents lack consistency, and the evolving context demands changes in quality management practices.
