ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 m\u00e0u s\u1eafc n\u00e2u \u0111\u1ebfn n\u00e2u \u0111\u1ecf khi \u1edf d\u1ea1ng l\u1ecfng v\u00e0 d\u1ea1ng b\u1ed9t ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 m\u00e0u v\u00e0ng n\u00e2u \u0111\u1ebfn n\u00e2u. T\u00f4m ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y \u1edf d\u1ea1ng l\u1ecfng ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 m\u00f9i \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u01b0ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u v\u1ec1 l\u00fd &#8211; h\u00f3a \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi protein t\u00f4m th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n d\u1ea1ng l\u1ecfng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh: H\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u01b0\u1edbc kh\u00f4ng l\u1edbn h\u01a1n 70 % kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng; H\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng protein th\u00f4 kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 19% kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng; \u0110\u1ed9 th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n protein kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 40%; T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n c\u00f3 kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ph\u00e2n t\u1eed nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 1000 Da (\u0110\u1ed9 th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n\/\u0110\u1ed9&nbsp;th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n protein-&nbsp;degree of hydrolysis)&nbsp;kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 80% kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u v\u1ec1 l\u00fd &#8211; h\u00f3a \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi protein t\u00f4m th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n d\u1ea1ng b\u1ed9t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh: V\u1ec1 ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau \u0111\u1ed9 \u1ea9m kh\u00f4ng l\u1edbn h\u01a1n 8%; H\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng protein th\u00f4 kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 45%; T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n c\u00f3 kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ph\u00e2n t\u1eeb nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 1000 Da kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 70%; H\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u00e1t s\u1ea1n (tro kh\u00f4ng tan trong axit clohydric) kh\u00f4ng l\u1edbn h\u01a1n 1,0% kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng.&nbsp;Gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n t\u1ed1i \u0111a v\u1ec1 kim lo\u1ea1i n\u1eb7ng, vi sinh v\u1eadt, gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n t\u1ed1i \u0111a ethoxiquin theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh hi\u1ec7n h\u00e0nh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u1ec1 th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m, vi\u1ec7c l\u1ea5y m\u1eabu&nbsp;\u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau c\u1ea3m quan v\u00e0 l\u00fd &#8211; h\u00f3a n\u00ean tu\u00e2n theo TCVN 13052 v\u1ec1 th\u1ee9c \u0103n ch\u0103n nu\u00f4i &#8211; l\u1ea5y m\u1eabu.&nbsp;L\u1ea5y m\u1eabu \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau vi sinh, theo TCVN 11923 (ISO\/TS 17728) v\u1ec1 vi sinh v\u1eadt trong chu\u1ed7i th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m &#8211; k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt l\u1ea5y m\u1eabu \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch vi sinh v\u1eadt trong th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m v\u00e0 th\u1ee9c \u0103n ch\u0103n nu\u00f4i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau c\u1ea3m quan, theo TCVN 1532 v\u1ec1 th\u1ee9c \u0103n ch\u0103n nu\u00f4i &#8211; ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p th\u1eed c\u1ea3m quan.&nbsp;&nbsp;X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u1ed9 \u1ea9m\/h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u01b0\u1edbc, theo TCVN 4326 (ISO 6496 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u1ed9 \u1ea9m v\u00e0 h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ch\u1ea5t bay h\u01a1i kh\u00e1c.&nbsp;X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng protein th\u00f4, theo TCVN 4328-1 (ISO 5983-1) v\u1ec1 th\u1ee9c \u0103n ch\u0103n nu\u00f4i- x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng nit\u01a1 v\u00e0 t\u00ednh h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng protein th\u00f4 &#8211; Ph\u1ea7n 1: Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p Kjeldahl.&nbsp;X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n protein, theo&nbsp;TCVN 13659:2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n c\u00f3 kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ph\u00e2n t\u1eed nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 1000 Da theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n n\u00e0y.&nbsp;X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u00e1t s\u1ea1n (tro kh\u00f4ng tan trong axit clohydric), theo TCVN 9474 (ISO 5985) th\u1ee9c \u0103n ch\u0103n nu\u00f4i &#8211; x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng tro kh\u00f4ng tan trong axit clohydric.&nbsp;X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ethoxyquin, theo TCVN 11282 th\u1ee9c \u0103n ch\u0103n nu\u00f4i &#8211; x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ethoxyquin &#8211; ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p s\u1eafc k\u00fd l\u1ecfng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u v\u1ec1 bao g\u00f3i, ghi nh\u00e3n, b\u1ea3o qu\u1ea3n v\u00e0 v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n n\u00e0y h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3i trong bao b\u00ec k\u00edn kh\u00ed v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng th\u1ea5m n\u01b0\u1edbc.&nbsp;Vi\u1ec7c ghi nh\u00e3n s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh hi\u1ec7n h\u00e0nh.&nbsp;T\u00ean s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 \u201cprotein t\u00f4m th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n&#8221;, \u201cpeptide th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n t\u1eeb t\u00f4m\u201d, \u201cpeptide t\u00f4m&#8221; ho\u1eb7c t\u00ean g\u1ecdi kh\u00e1c mang ngh\u0129a t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng.
