Very efficient heating device from direct solar by patent trapping solar heat. The drying temperature is strictly controlled thanks to the mechanism of cutting the sun\/rain from the sun with a tarpaulin or a cooling fan; temperature compensation by heating resistor combined with input dehumidifier and partial return of hot air from the end of the drying chamber to the solar heat trap<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The drying air from the outside environment passes through the dehumidifier, removes 90% of the water and all dirt, and blows it into the drying chamber. The drying chamber keeps the temperature very stable and ensures that the air in the drying chamber is very clean. The drying product is placed on the drying rack with a circular motion around the vertical shafts, which helps the product to be dried very evenly and shortens the drying time. Harmful micro-organisms and molds common on food, aquatic products and fruits and medicinal herbs will be thoroughly eliminated by ultraviolet C (UVC) lamp technology. This solution, combined with a closed drying chamber, filters the air dust to make the dried products very clean, meeting almost all food hygiene and safety criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
