On the afternoon of May 11, 2023, the Department of Science and Technology of An Giang province held a workshop with the theme “The role of science and technology in the development of collective economy and enterprises”. This is an activity in the event “Connection session of technology and equipment supply and demand” taking place from May 11 to May 12 in An Giang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Attending the seminar were Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong – Deputy Director of the Southern Department of Southern Affairs, Ministry of Science and Technology; Mr. Floor Phu An – Director of Department of Science and Technology of An Giang province; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi – Vice President of An Giang Business Association; leaders of the Department of Science and Technology of the Mekong Delta provinces, organizations and enterprises inside and outside An Giang province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the seminar, the presenters introduced the following presentations: Science and technology is the driving force to promote sustainable development of agricultural cooperatives in An Giang; Actual situation of investment in machinery and equipment and positioning of technological level of enterprises in the Mekong Delta; Research and application of scientific and technological advances – a decisive lever for the success of enterprises in An Giang province; Improve production efficiency of cooperatives from application of scientific and technological advances; Science and technology development solutions in small and medium enterprises; Science, technology and innovation \u2013 the sustainable direction of enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The participants exchanged ideas to propose solutions to develop science and technology in the development of small and medium enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On this occasion, the People’s Committee of An Giang province presented Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 5 individuals with achievements in contributing to the development of science and technology in An Giang province. The Organizing Committee honored organizations and individuals with many important contributions to the science and technology industry of An Giang province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
