Ti\u1ec1n khai hoa: 2 c\u00e1nh hoa sau ph\u1ee7 l\u00ean 2 c\u00e1nh b\u00ean, 2 c\u00e1nh b\u00ean ph\u1ee7 l\u00ean c\u00e1nh hoa tr\u01b0\u1edbc. Nh\u1ecb m\u00e0u tr\u1eafng, r\u1eddi, kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ec1u, 2 nh\u1ecb d\u00e0i, 2 nh\u1ecb ng\u1eafn, \u0111\u00ednh g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e1y \u1ed1ng tr\u00e0ng xen k\u1ebd c\u00e1nh hoa. H\u1ea1t nhi\u1ec1u, nh\u1ecf, m\u00e0u n\u00e2u hay \u0111en [6].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>T\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t d\u01b0\u1ee3c li\u1ec7u c\u1ee7a Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n, kh\u00e1ng vi\u00eam, ch\u1ed1ng ung th\u01b0: carvacrol trong tinh d\u1ea7u Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n m\u1ea1nh h\u01a1n c\u00e1c h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t d\u1ec5 bay h\u01a1i kh\u00e1c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y trong tinh d\u1ea7u, nh\u1edd v\u00e0o s\u1ef1 hi\u1ec7n di\u1ec7n c\u1ee7a nh\u00f3m hydroxyl t\u1ef1 do v\u00e0 c\u00e1c g\u1ed1c phenol [7]. Carvacrol gi\u00fap \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 ch\u1ee7ng vi khu\u1ea9n, vi n\u1ea5m ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u01b0 <em>Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus mitis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa v\u00e0 Candida albican<\/em> [7]. Carvacrol l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t phenolic monoterpenoid, c\u00f3 h\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1ecb d\u1ec5 ch\u1ecbu, t\u00ednh \u1ea5m, h\u01a1i cay do carvacrol k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t th\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 TRPV3 v\u00e0 TRPA1 tr\u00ean l\u01b0\u1ee1i ng\u01b0\u1eddi [7]. Ngo\u00e0i ra, carvacrol c\u00f2n k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t PPAR v\u00e0 \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf enzyme COX-2 trong c\u00e1c ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng vi\u00eam, do \u0111\u00f3 n\u00f3 c\u00f2n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng gi\u1ea3m \u0111au, kh\u00e1ng vi\u00eam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trong th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m v\u1edbi chu\u1ed9t, carvacrol nhanh ch\u00f3ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a v\u00e0 b\u00e0i ti\u1ebft, ch\u1ec9 c\u00f2n 1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng r\u1ea5t nh\u1ecf carvacrol ho\u1eb7c c\u00e1c h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a c\u1ee7a n\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y trong n\u01b0\u1edbc ti\u1ec3u, ch\u1ee9ng minh m\u1ed9t s\u1ef1 \u0111\u00e0o th\u1ea3i g\u1ea7n nh\u01b0 ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n carvacrol trong c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 trong v\u00f2ng 24 gi\u1edd [8].
