Trong \u0111\u00f3, th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n ch\u00ednh c\u1ee7a tinh d\u1ea7u nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda l\u00e0: Thymol (25,6%), linalool (13,1%) v\u00e0 (E)-\u03b2-farnesene (9,5%), carvacrol (27-37,2%). Carvacrol \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n m\u1ea1nh v\u00e0 c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ed1ng ung th\u01b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ngo\u00e0i tinh d\u1ea7u, trong th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n ho\u1ea1t ch\u1ea5t trong cao nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda c\u00f2n c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9a c\u00e1c h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t polyphenol v\u00e0 flavonoid m\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh l\u00e0 flavone v\u00e0 scutellarein-6-O-glycoside. C\u00f3 b\u1ed1n d\u1eabn xu\u1ea5t flavone kh\u00e1c t\u1eeb d\u1ecbch chi\u1ebft c\u1ed3n c\u1ee7a nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda <em>Adenosma bracteosum<\/em> Bonati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nh\u00ecn chung, c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 v\u1ec1 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n h\u00f3a h\u1ecdc c\u1ee7a tinh d\u1ea7u c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 c\u00e1c h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t polyphenol v\u00e0 flavonoid \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y \u1edf lo\u00e0i Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda cho k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kh\u00e1c t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t n\u1ebfu c\u00f3 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 do ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p chi\u1ebft xu\u1ea5t, v\u1ecb tr\u00ed thu h\u00e1i c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m thu h\u00e1i c\u00e1c b\u1ed9 ph\u1eadn d\u00f9ng c\u1ee7a d\u01b0\u1ee3c li\u1ec7u [2].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e1c c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y v\u1ec1 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n ho\u1ea1t ch\u1ea5t c\u00f3 l\u1ee3i cho s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe con ng\u01b0\u1eddi&nbsp; l\u00e0m c\u1edf s\u1edf khoa h\u1ecdc \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch cho c\u00e1c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng l\u00e0m d\u01b0\u1ee3c li\u1ec7u v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb b\u1ec7nh tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3 c\u1ee7a Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n n\u00f3i chung v\u00e0 nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda n\u00f3i ri\u00eang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>C<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00e1c ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh d\u01b0\u1ee3c v\u00e0 y h\u1ecdc c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i thu\u1ed9c chi nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00ea T\u00f9ng Ch\u00e2u v\u00e0 c\u1ed9ng s\u1ef1 (1992) [3] \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 v\u1ec1 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh sinh h\u1ecdc c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i thu\u1ed9c chi Adenosma \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n: D\u1ecbch chi\u1ebft t\u1eeb c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i thu\u1ed9c chi <em>Adenosma<\/em> \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam cho th\u1ea5y kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 vi khu\u1ea9n nh\u01b0 <em>Escherichia coli, Shigella dyseteriae, Shigella shigae, Staphylococcus aureus v\u00e0 Streptococcus hemolyticus<\/em>. Trong \u0111\u00f3, d\u1ecbch tr\u00edch <em>A. caeruleum<\/em> cho th\u1ea5y ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n m\u1ea1nh nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c ch\u1ee7ng c\u1ea7u khu\u1ea9n nh\u01b0 <em>Staphylococcus aureus<\/em> v\u00e0 <em>Streptococcus hemolyticus.<\/em> M\u1eb7t kh\u00e1c, d\u1ecbch tr\u00edch c\u1ee7a <em>A. indianum<\/em> cho th\u1ea5y t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n m\u1ea1nh h\u01a1n tr\u00ean c\u00e1c ch\u1ee7ng tr\u1ef1c khu\u1ea9n <em>Bacillus <\/em>sp. v\u00e0 c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng t\u0103ng h\u1ea5p thu gentamycin, gi\u00fap n\u00e2ng cao hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb c\u1ee7a thu\u1ed1c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1ng vi\u00eam: C\u00e1c k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho th\u1ea5y cao nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1ng vi\u00eam \u1edf giai \u0111o\u1ea1n c\u1ea5p t\u00ednh m\u1ea1nh h\u01a1n giai \u0111o\u1ea1n m\u00e3n t\u00ednh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng l\u00ean ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gan m\u1eadt: th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m tr\u00ean chu\u1ed9t lang cho th\u1ea5y cao chi\u1ebft t\u1eeb <em>A.indianum<\/em> c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng t\u0103ng ti\u1ebft d\u1ecbch m\u1eadt (v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u 10g\/kg c\u00e2n n\u1eb7ng\u00e0l\u01b0\u1ee3ng m\u1eadt ti\u1ebft t\u0103ng 24,4%), th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh b\u00e0i xu\u1ea5t d\u1ecbch m\u1eadt, t\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gi\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ed9c c\u1ee7a gan (v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u 10g\/kg c\u00e2n n\u1eb7ng \u00e0 t\u0103ng ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng th\u1ea3i tr\u1eeb c\u1ee7a gan \u0111\u1ebfn 187,5%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng tr\u00ean h\u1ec7 tu\u1ea7n ho\u00e0n: c\u00e1c k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho th\u1ea5y cao c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng l\u00e0m h\u1ea1 huy\u1ebft \u00e1p, th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y tu\u1ea7n ho\u00e0n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng di\u1ec7t giun: th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh tr\u00ean giun c\u1ee7a l\u1ee3n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi tinh d\u1ea7u v\u00e0 d\u1ecbch chi\u1ebft t\u1eeb lo\u00e0i <em>A. indianum<\/em> cho th\u1ea5y t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng di\u1ec7t giun \u0111\u1ea5t, giun \u0111\u0169a v\u00e0 giun m\u00f3c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ed1ng lo\u00e9t: c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m ti\u1ebft d\u1ecbch v\u1ecb d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y, gi\u1ea3m n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 acid d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y \u1edf chu\u1ed9t tr\u1eafng lo\u00e9t d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ \u0110\u1ed9c t\u00ednh c\u1ee7a Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n: th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m \u0111\u1ed9c t\u00ednh c\u1ea5p tr\u00ean chu\u1ed9t tr\u1eafng v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u u\u1ed1ng cao g\u1ea5p 20 l\u1ea7n li\u1ec1u th\u01b0\u1eddng d\u00f9ng v\u1eabn kh\u00f4ng g\u00e2y \u0111\u1ed9c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m \u0111\u1ed9c t\u00ednh b\u00e1n c\u1ea5p, th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m tr\u00ean th\u1ecf v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u d\u00f9ng 10g\/kg th\u1ec3 tr\u1ecdng\/ng\u00e0y trong 4 tu\u1ea7n li\u00ean ti\u1ebfp, c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 v\u1ec1 s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng h\u1ed3ng c\u1ea7u, b\u1ea1ch c\u1ea7u, ure m\u00e1u, GOT, GPT &#8230; kh\u00f4ng ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c hi\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng nhi\u1ec5m \u0111\u1ed9c do thu\u1ed1c [3].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng tr\u00ean gan: Li\u1ec1u ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p c\u1ee7a cao Di\u1ec7p h\u1ea1 ch\u00e2u (100mg), cao Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda (80mg), cao Rau m\u00e1 (40mg) v\u00e0 cao Ngh\u1ec7 (30mg) \u1edf li\u1ec1u 0,5-1g\/kg ch\u1ee9ng minh t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf s\u1ef1 t\u0103ng h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng MDA \u1edf c\u00e1c m\u00f4 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o gan b\u1ecb t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u00e0 l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m s\u1ef1 t\u0103ng ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9 c\u00e1c transaminase GOT v\u00e0 GPT trong t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng gan [8]. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 b\u1ec7nh vi\u1ec7n y h\u1ecdc c\u1ed5 truy\u1ec1n \u0111\u00e3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng Nh\u00e2n tr\u1ea7n t\u00eda \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb vi\u00eam gan cho b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea1t k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kh\u1ea3 quan [4].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ed1ng oxy h\u00f3a: Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u s\u00e0ng l\u1ecdc ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh ch\u1ed1ng oxy h\u00f3a c\u1ee7a 56 lo\u00e0i d\u01b0\u1ee3c li\u1ec7u.
