So s\u00e1nh gi\u1eefa chu\u1ed7i (triazole \u2013 imide) v\u00e0 chu\u1ed7i (triazole \u2013 imide) \/ SiC th\u00ec s\u1ef1 c\u00f3 m\u1eb7t c\u1ee7a SiC gi\u00fap v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u t\u0103ng s\u1ee9c ch\u1ecbu k\u00e9o t\u1eeb 180 MPa l\u00ean 165 MPa, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu nhi\u1ec7t cao (ch\u1ec9 5% kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng m\u1ea5t \u0111i khi nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng t\u1eeb 380oC \u0111\u1ebfn 500 oC. C\u00e1c th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m cho th\u1ea5y nano composite Cu\/SiC ch\u1ecbu l\u1ef1c n\u00e9n t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n v\u1edbi 630 MPa trong khi Cu ch\u1ec9 ch\u1ecbu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ef1c n\u00e9n 505 MPa.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e1c k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 tr\u00ean cho th\u1ea5y nano SiC mang l\u1ea1i hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 cho c\u00e1c v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u composite c\u1ea3i ti\u1ebfn, n\u00e2ng cao kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu l\u1ef1c k\u00e9o, n\u00e9n, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao trong th\u1eddi gian d\u00e0i (c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00ean \u0111\u1ebfn 900 oC trong th\u1eddi gian 39 gi\u1edd).
