However, there are also many studies that have been carried out at home and abroad. However, most of them only focus on researching and applying scientific and technological advances to production and business in the agricultural sector. In fact, we cannot deny the role of applying scientific and technological advances to production, business and economic development. This issue has been mentioned by a number of researchers around the world in valuable research papers as follows: Some studies have also noted the relationship between rapid economic growth and the application of scientific progress. science and technology into the development of key service industries, most notably telecommunications, business support services and professional services (Riddle, 1986, 1987; UNCTAD, 1989, 1993). There are four types of application of scientific and technological progress to services whose development affects economic growth (Riddle, 1991a) including telecommunications services. The study focuses on comparing and analyzing the commercialization efficiency of research and development projects of government ministries and sectors to improve the commercialization of technological advancements of projects using analytical methods. data envelope (DEA). The study developed an interactive model to test hypotheses about information technology application in the activities of manufacturing enterprises with a dataset of 121 small and medium enterprises in Iran. Research results show that the success of the application of information technology is influenced by the knowledge and interest of all users including executives and employees in enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jani Rahardjo and Salleh bin Yahya (2010), \u201cAdvanced ManufacturingTechnplogy Implementation Process in SMEs: Critical Success Factors\u201d. The study identifies the key factors constituting the success of the application of advanced science and technology of small and medium-sized enterprises. with survey data from 125 enterprises. Research results show that the key factors affecting the success of applying scientific and technological advances at each stage in the production process are different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Murzidah Ahmad Murad and John Douglas Thomson (2011), \u201cTheimportance of technology diffusion in Malaysian Manufacturing SMEs\u201d. The article focuses on studying the importance of science and technology in spreading and applying it in small and medium enterprises operating in the manufacturing sector. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the leaders of four manufacturing companies in Malaysia. The author summarizes the production and business status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the three years 2006 &#8211; 2008. The research results show that the model of providing science and technology information has been remarkably effective, actively supporting the direction of economic development in the locality, creating a change in people&#8217;s awareness of role of online information. However, in order to improve the effectiveness of the program to provide science and technology to the people, it is necessary to: develop the infrastructure for the information network, enhance the people&#8217;s ability to access information, and develop the information network with different methods.
