D\u1ef1a tr\u00ean h\u00ecnh th\u00e1i, c\u00f3 24\/32 t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng \u0111a h\u00ecnh chi\u1ebfm t\u1ec9 l\u1ec7 75%. Tuy nhi\u00ean, ph\u00e2n t\u00edch di truy\u1ec1n b\u1eb1ng ch\u1ec9 th\u1ecb ph\u00e2n t\u1eed RAPD cho th\u1ea5y m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111a h\u00ecnh kh\u00f4ng cao, th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n \u1edf h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed3ng l\u00e0 0,42 \u2013 1,00. Ph\u00e2n t\u00edch k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p gi\u1eefa \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m h\u00ecnh th\u00e1i v\u00e0 ch\u1ec9 th\u1ecb ph\u00e2n t\u1eed cho m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed3ng cao kho\u1ea3ng 0,55 \u2013 0,99. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch cho th\u1ea5y, c\u00f3 149 d\u1ea5u ph\u00e2n t\u1eed AFLP \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ghi nh\u1eadn, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 49 d\u1ea5u ph\u00e2n t\u1eed c\u00f3 t\u1ea7n s\u1ed1 xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n cao t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y \u1edf t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c gi\u1ed1ng xo\u00e0i v\u1edbi t\u01b0\u01a1ng quan di truy\u1ec1n r = 0,853. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch cho th\u1ea5y lo\u00e0i <em>M. micrura<\/em> hi\u1ec7n di\u1ec7n nhi\u1ec1u nh\u1ea5t, k\u1ebf \u0111\u1ebfn l\u00e0 lo\u00e0i <em>M. macrocopa<\/em>. C\u00e1c m\u1eabu <em>Moina<\/em> spp. \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e2n th\u00e0nh n\u0103m nh\u00f3m di truy\u1ec1n; trong \u0111\u00f3, 31\/48 m\u1eabu thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m I t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed3ng 99% v\u1edbi <em>M. micrura<\/em>; 4\/48 m\u1eabu thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m V t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed3ng 99% v\u1edbi lo\u00e0i <em>M. macrocopa<\/em>; 8\/48 m\u1eabu thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m II, 4\/48 m\u1eabu thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m III v\u00e0 1\/48 m\u1eabu thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m IV ch\u1ee9a tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 gen <em>mt<\/em>COI c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n 90% so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i <em>Moina<\/em> \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 tr\u00ean Trung t\u00e2m Th\u00f4ng tin C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 sinh h\u1ecdc Qu\u1ed1c gia (NCBI), Hoa K\u1ef3 n\u00ean c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng lo\u00e0i m\u1edbi, ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 <em>mt<\/em>COI c\u1eadp nh\u1eadt tr\u00ean ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ho\u00e0ng Minh Trang (2016) \u0111\u00e3 ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 \u0111o\u1ea1n m\u00e3 v\u1ea1ch bao g\u1ed3m <em>rbc<\/em>L, <em>mat<\/em>K, <em>ycf1b<\/em>, <em>trn<\/em>H &#8211; <em>psb<\/em>A v\u00e0 ITS2 nh\u1eb1m \u0111\u1ec1 xu\u1ea5t m\u00e3 v\u1ea1ch th\u00edch h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u01b0ng cho c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i Tr\u00e0 hoa v\u00e0ng \u1edf v\u01b0\u1eddn Qu\u1ed1c gia Tam \u0110\u1ea3o, c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 5 lo\u00e0i H\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng v\u00e0ng (<em>Camellia tienii<\/em> Ninh), Tr\u00e0 v\u00e0ng Hakoda (<em>Camellia hakoda<\/em> Ninh, Tr.), Tr\u00e0 v\u00e0ng l\u00e1 d\u00e0y (<em>Camellia crassiphylla<\/em> Ninh et Hakoda), Tr\u00e0 v\u00e0ng Tam \u0110\u1ea3o (<em>Camellia tamdaoesis<\/em> Hakoda et Ninh) v\u00e0 Tr\u00e0 v\u00e0ng Petelo (<em>Camellia petelotii<\/em> (Merr.) Sealy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u1ea7n Nh\u00e2n D\u0169ng v\u00e0 Tr\u1ea7n Th\u1ecb L\u00ea Quy\u00ean (2012) \u0111\u00e3 ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh ki\u1ec3m tra \u0111a d\u1ea1ng di truy\u1ec1n c\u1ee7a 32 d\u00f2ng m\u0103ng c\u1ee5t \u1edf B\u00ecnh D\u01b0\u01a1ng b\u1eb1ng k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt ISSR v\u1edbi 11 c\u1eb7p m\u1ed3i. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch b\u1eb1ng ph\u1ea7n m\u1ec1m NTSYSpc 2.11a theo ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p UPGMA cho th\u1ea5y m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed3ng c\u1ee7a 32 d\u00f2ng m\u0103ng c\u1ee5t d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean d\u1ea5u ph\u00e2n t\u1eed ISSR n\u1eb1m trong kho\u1ea3ng 0,75-1,00. Qua nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho th\u1ea5y c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t v\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t di truy\u1ec1n gi\u1eefa 32 d\u00f2ng m\u0103ng c\u1ee5t \u1edf B\u00ecnh D\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1eb7c d\u00f9 m\u0103ng c\u1ee5t c\u00f3 h\u00ecnh th\u1ee9c sinh s\u1ea3n l\u00e0 v\u00f4 t\u00ednh. S\u1ef1 bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i di truy\u1ec1n n\u00e0y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 do t\u00edch l\u0169y \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean \u0111\u1ec3 th\u00edch \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng s\u1ed1ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Li\u1ec5u Nh\u01b0 \u00dd v\u00e0 Tr\u1ea7n Nh\u00e2n D\u0169ng (2012) \u0111\u00e3 ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t \u0111a d\u1ea1ng di truy\u1ec1n c\u1ee7a 16 d\u00f2ng n\u1ea5m \u0103n \u1edf c\u00e1c t\u1ec9nh \u0110\u1ed3ng b\u1eb1ng S\u00f4ng C\u1eedu Long. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 \u0111\u00e3 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u00e1c m\u1eabu n\u1ea5m r\u01a1m kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t \u0111\u1ec1u thu\u1ed9c lo\u00e0i <em>Volvariella volvaceae<\/em>, c\u00e1c m\u1eabu n\u1ea5m b\u00e0o ng\u01b0 tr\u1eafng thu\u1ed9c lo\u00e0i <em>Pleurotus ostreatus<\/em>, c\u00e1c m\u1eabu n\u1ea5m b\u00e0o ng\u01b0 Nh\u1eadt thu\u1ed9c lo\u00e0i <em>Pleurotus cytidiosus<\/em>, n\u1ea5m b\u00e0o ng\u01b0 x\u00e1m thu\u1ed9c lo\u00e0i <em>Pleurotus pulmonarius<\/em>, hai m\u1eabu n\u1ea5m kim ch\u00e2m thu\u1ed9c lo\u00e0i <em>Flammulina velutipes<\/em>. C\u00e1c m\u1eabu n\u1ea5m linh chi thu\u1ed9c 3 lo\u00e0i: <em>Ganoderma lucidum<\/em>, <em>G. gibbosum<\/em> v\u00e0 <em>G. tropicum<\/em>.
