Nh\u01b0ng, s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t l\u00faa c\u0169ng l\u00e0 nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i kh\u00ed h\u1eadu do t\u1ea1o ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i ch\u1ea5t g\u00e2y hi\u1ec7u \u1ee9ng nh\u00e0 k\u00ednh nh\u01b0 CO2, do \u0111\u1ed1t r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 tr\u00ean \u0111\u1ed3ng ru\u1ed9ng sau khi thu ho\u1ea1ch. V\u00ec v\u1eady, c\u1ea7n t\u1ea1o gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa cho n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t, ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u1ed1t trong \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n m\u1eb7n, h\u1ea1n, ng\u1eadp, n\u00f3ng &#8211; l\u1ea1nh, ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ecbu t\u1ed1t v\u1edbi s\u00e2u b\u1ec7nh h\u1ea1i v\u00e0 r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng cao, h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng silic th\u1ea5p d\u1ec5 d\u00e0ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng cho ch\u1ebf bi\u1ebfn nhi\u00ean li\u1ec7u sinh h\u1ecdc, th\u1ee9c \u0103n ch\u0103n nu\u00f4i\u2026 thay v\u00ec \u0111em \u0111\u1ed1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n, c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 khoa h\u1ecdc th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi v\u00e0 Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 h\u00e0ng ch\u1ee5c c\u00e1c QTL\/ gene \u1edf m\u1ed7i nh\u00f3m v\u1ec1 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu ng\u1eadp \u00fang, m\u1eb7n, l\u1ea1nh, n\u00f3ng v\u00e0 s\u00e2u b\u1ec7nh. Nh\u01b0ng vi\u1ec7c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u ngu\u1ed3n gene ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y (kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng) v\u00e0 h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng silic trong r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 v\u1eabn c\u00f2n m\u1edbi, ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c n\u00e0o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u01b0\u1edbc y\u00eau c\u1ea7u th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf c\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u1eefng gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea3 2 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1: v\u1eeba c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ecbu c\u00e1c h\u00ecnh th\u00e1i kh\u00ed h\u1eadu, m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng v\u1eeba cho n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u1ed1t, c\u00f3 gene ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y r\u01a1m r\u1ea1, ch\u00fang t\u00f4i \u0111\u00e3 ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh \u201cNghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n gene l\u00faa th\u00edch \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i kh\u00ed h\u1eadu\u201d, m\u00e3 s\u1ed1 HNQT\/SP\u0110P\/05.16, theo&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/vpctqg.gov.vn\/chuong-trinh-khcn-1\">Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh h\u1ee3p t\u00e1c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u song ph\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u00e0 \u0111a ph\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1ec1 khoa h\u1ecdc c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2020<\/a>&nbsp;do B\u1ed9 Khoa h\u1ecdc v\u00e0 C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110\u1ec3 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n nhi\u1ec7m v\u1ee5 n\u00e0y, ch\u00fang t\u00f4i thu th\u1eadp 170 m\u1eabu gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam l\u00e0m v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n l\u1eadp c\u00e1c m\u1eabu gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa (ngu\u1ed3n gene l\u00faa) th\u00edch \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i kh\u00ed h\u1eadu \u1edf kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu h\u1ea1n, r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y t\u1ed1t v\u00e0 c\u00f3 h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng silic th\u1ea5p, t\u1eeb k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 v\u1ec1 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu h\u1ea1n, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u1eeb r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 v\u00e0 h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng silic trong r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi gi\u1ea3i tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 GBS (\u0111\u00e3 thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 334.000 SNP trong b\u1ed9 v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u 170 m\u1eabu gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nh\u1edd v\u1eady, nh\u00f3m nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00e1c m\u1eabu gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa mang ngu\u1ed3n gene ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu h\u1ea1n; C\u00e1c m\u1eabu gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa mang ngu\u1ed3n gene ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng trong r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 cao; C\u00e1c m\u1eabu gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa c\u00f3 mang ngu\u1ed3n gene ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng silic th\u1ea5p trong r\u01a1m r\u1ea1. C\u00e1c gene n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm ra tr\u00ean to\u00e0n h\u1ec7 gene c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y l\u00faa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 h\u01a1n, c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n gene l\u00faa n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh (kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu h\u1ea1n, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng h\u00f3a t\u1eeb r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 v\u00e0 h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng silic trong r\u01a1m r\u1ea1) v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3u gene (tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1, v\u1ecb tr\u00ed c\u00e1c gene \u1ee9ng vi\u00ean ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng n\u00e0y, m\u1ed3i cho ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng PCR \u0111\u1ec3 nh\u1eadn di\u1ec7n c\u00e1c gene \u1ee9ng vi\u00ean n\u00e0y).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110\u1ebfn th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i, nh\u00f3m nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e3 t\u00ecm ra \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 3 gene \u1ee9ng vi\u00ean (candidate genes) cho kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng cao t\u1eeb r\u01a1m r\u1ea1, 2 gene \u1ee9ng vi\u00ean h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng silic th\u1ea5p trong r\u01a1m r\u1ea1 c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y l\u00faa.
