This result should be further developed in the future. At the same time, the Department of Science and Technology is requested to advise the City Party Committee and the City People&#8217;s Committee to organize a review of the implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ\/TU dated August 1, 2016 on the development of science and technology applications; advise and propose the city to develop mechanisms and policies to attract and use talents. At the same time, develop the S&amp;T market through activities connecting technology supply and demand, technology trading floors; further strengthen activities to support enterprises in applying advanced science and technology, improving productivity and quality. Coordinate with experts, scientists and institutes, schools and enterprises to operate and exploit well the material &#8211; technical facilities invested from the project of Can Tho Center for Application of Science and Technology Advancement, Industry Incubator Vietnam-Korea industrial technology to research and apply long-term strategies on climate change response and product branding. According to the Department of Science and Technology, in the first 6 months of the year, the city has organized many advisory councils, selection and acceptance of science and technology tasks at city, district and district levels. In which, the project has been implemented and accepted: \u201cProduction and validation of artificial positive controls and diagnostic primers for acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of Corona virus\u201d successful, rated \u201cExcellent\u201d. The research results of the topic make an important contribution to the prevention of COVID-19 epidemic of the city and the whole country. Programs to support enterprises in technology innovation, intellectual property development, quality productivity projects, etc. have continued to be implemented with many positive results. The protection of intellectual property rights has made many strides when organizations, individuals and businesses are increasingly interested in and registered for protection of intellectual property rights. As of April 2020, there were 108 new diplomas granted, reaching 72% of the target. Service delivery activities of quality measurement standards developed strongly and expanded the scope of activities to other regions: Central Highlands, Southeast\u2026 In the last 6 months of the year, the S&amp;T industry continued to implement and complete the 2020 targets, including implementing 10 S&amp;T tasks, taking over 10 S&amp;T tasks and transferring 80% of S&amp;T tasks for application to production and life.
