Can Tho was granted a press operation license by the Ministry of Information and Communications No. 22\/GP-BVHTT on January 10, 2002 with a publishing term of 03 months\/period, 60 pages and 500 copies\/period. After 10 years of operation, the Journal has been re-granted the Press Operation License No. 2036\/GP-BTTTT dated November 30, 2011. After 18 years of operation, the Journal has published 71 editions with a volume of nearly 50,000 volumes.
