Previously, manual operation took 04 personnel to operate the fermentation tank, now only 02 employees are needed to operate the entire fermentation tank; Connecting automatic fermentation system, helping to control the quality of fermented products. Data connection of technical systems with mobile phones, helping remote control, office, no need to go to the field; Increase the fermentation capacity of the plant by 10-20% by shortening the heating time. The time to raise the temperature of the fermentation solution from normal temperature to the optimum temperature for fermentation from 60-65oC from 6 hours to 2 hours. Total fermentation time per batch from 15 days, now shortened to 12 days.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The implemented project will contribute to the treatment of a large amount of shrimp head by-products from seafood processing factories and solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by shrimp oil by-products.
