M\u1ed9t nh\u00f3m nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u thu\u1ed9c \u0110\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 Nanyang, Singapore (NTU Singapore) t\u00ecm ra m\u1ed9t ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ti\u00eau di\u1ec7t c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ung th\u01b0 m\u1edbi, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 “Con ng\u1ef1a th\u00e0nh Troy”, c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 cao h\u01a1n h\u1eb3n c\u00e1c tr\u1ecb li\u1ec7u th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u00e1c nh\u00e0 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u t\u1ea1o ra h\u1ea1t nano “con ng\u1ef1a th\u00e0nh Troy”\u00a0b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch ph\u1ee7 l\u00ean h\u1ea1t m\u1ed9t lo\u1ea1i axit amin. C\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ung th\u01b0 r\u1ea5t c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft L-phenylalanin v\u1edbi m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 axit amin t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1 kh\u00e1c \u0111\u1ec3 duy tr\u00ec s\u1ef1 s\u1ed1ng v\u00e0 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n. L-phenylalanine l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t axit amin ‘thi\u1ebft y\u1ebfu’ do kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ea1o ra t\u1eeb c\u01a1 th\u1ec3, ph\u1ea3i h\u1ea5p th\u1ee5 t\u1eeb th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m nh\u01b0 th\u1ecbt v\u00e0 c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m s\u1eefa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nh\u1eefng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c nh\u00f3m nh\u00e0 khoa h\u1ecdc kh\u00e1c cho th\u1ea5y, s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a kh\u1ed1i u ung th\u01b0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0m ch\u1eadm l\u1ea1i ho\u1eb7c ng\u0103n ch\u1eb7n b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch khi\u1ebfn c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ung th\u01b0 b\u1ecb ‘b\u1ecf \u0111\u00f3i’ c\u00e1c axit amin. Khai th\u00e1c s\u1ef1 ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c axit amin c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ung th\u01b0, c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 khoa h\u1ecdc Singapore l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn lo\u1ea1i h\u1ea1t nano silica ph\u1ee7 b\u00ean ngo\u00e0i b\u1eb1ng L-phenylalanine, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u1ea1t nano tr\u1ecb li\u1ec7u ch\u1ed1ng ung th\u01b0 si\u00eau nh\u1ecf, c\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh 30 nanomet, nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n kho\u1ea3ng 30.000 l\u1ea7n so v\u1edbi s\u1ee3i t\u00f3c ng\u01b0\u1eddi, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1eb7t t\u00ean l\u00e0 Nano-pPAAM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
