At many survey sites to develop pilot models of community tourism, the Project Management Board chose Tan Loc Island as the implementation site.
After more than two years of implementation, the Project Management Board has completed the following contents: completing surveys and field surveys, establishing a steering committee for tourism development, organizing scientific seminars, and establishing a committee. community tourism representatives, service groups, community tourism product development, design and organization of community tourism programs in Tan Loc island.
In general, the project has successfully built a community-based tourism model with a close organization mechanism with the Management Board of tourism activities through the Tan Loc Island Community Tourism Representative Board. The project has created a connection and trust among households participating in the model, thereby boldly exploiting the family’s available resources, combining renovation and upgrading, and improving the quality of tourism products in the area. local.
