According to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), innovation is:&nbsp;<em>“The development or improvement of a product or a process (or both) that makes a change significantly different from the previous product or process and is either available to potential consumers (for the product) or used in units (for the process)</em>”. It can be understood that innovation capacity in enterprises is the ability of enterprises to turn creative ideas and combine input resources into products that are suitable for market needs. There are 4 main types of innovation, including

One is product innovation, which is the introduction of a new, technically improved product (goods or service) to potential customers but not limited to significant improvement in specifications, components, materials, internal software, user-friendliness or other functional characteristics

Secondly process innovation, this is the development or improvement of production and business processes and methods, including methods of transporting and distributing products. to reduce production and distribution costs and increase production efficiency, or to create or distribute a product

Third renovation of the management system, this is the application of new methods and processes in business management, organization of operations or external relations

Fourth innovation of marketing activities, this is the application of new marketing methods related to communication and product promotion, or product pricing
