Acceptance of the project “Improving and renewing the processing system of agricultural products”

On the afternoon of July 29, 2020, the Department of Science and Technology of Can Tho city held a Scientific Council to take over the project “Improving and renewing the processing system of agricultural products” by KS. Dinh Cong Minh Thong – Dinh Gia Foods Trading Production One Member Co., Ltd. is in charge.

Overview of the testing session

The objective of the project is to build a semi-automatic agricultural grain processing line from processing input materials to product packaging; improve productivity compared to the old line with expected output increase from 500 kg/week to 2 tons/week, significantly increase quality, output and diversify models to expand domestic distribution channels and export-oriented; Production cost is expected to decrease by 10-15%, profit is expected to increase 4 times after investment, contributing to increase in salary for production staff; improve the clean production process, minimize the impact on the environment; Applying new technology of vacuum frying helps products to minimize oil oxidation, increase product quality, and help preserve products for longer.

Over the time of implementation, the project has built and installed a complete semi-automatic agricultural grain processing line from input material handling to product packaging. Output increased from 500kg/week to 2 tons/week, the enterprise has successfully researched and applied many products with a marked improvement that manual production cannot do, creating products with uniformity. evenly and with high quality, increasing production productivity of enterprises, meeting market demand. Contributing to the increase of enterprises applying advanced technology in production activities of the city. Products according to new formulas and applications increase the brittleness of the product, the aesthetic is less peeling, the color is shiny, the moisture content of the raw materials is low, and the oil oxidation is minimized to help preserve the product. better, better quality than manual production… This is a project supported by the Program to Support Small and Medium Enterprises in Technology and Equipment Innovation for the 2018-2020 period of Can Tho City. The investment in the processing line has helped businesses improve productivity compared to the old line, reduce production time and costs, increase revenue and profit for the company, and significantly increase product quality. to expand domestic distribution channels and to export.
