Over the implementation period, with experimental results and actual calculations, the project results show:
– The replacement of old, non-automatic CNC machines with automatic 4-head CNC machines for cutting and feeding workpieces should increase woodworking productivity by about 26%. Therefore, this project helps businesses increase revenue and meet the increasing needs of customers.
– Reduce labor from 5 people to 2 people

Workers’ workplaces are cleaner, less dusty. With a short payback period of about 10 months.
The project results have allowed enterprises to maintain stable production activities, increase productivity and product quality, diversify products, cut production costs, contribute to increasing competitiveness in the furniture market. domestic and foreign wood furniture. At the same time, the project also helps enterprises to produce in the direction of better labor safety and environmental protection.
Council members highly appreciated the project’s results and agreed to take over the project. However, the implementation team needs to make corrections according to the Council’s comments.
