On the afternoon of November 3, 2023, the Department of Science and Technology, Center for Application, Engineering, and Information of Science and Technology of Long An province organized a workshop on “Scientific research in schools and applications.” practice (From lab to Market). This is an activity within the 2023 Long An Province Innovation Start-up Festival – Techfest Long An with the theme “Innovative Start-up – Creating the Future”.
Participating in the workshop were leaders of the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Education and Training of Long An province, Department of Science and Technology of Mekong Delta provinces, Long An University of Industrial Economics, Tan Tao University, Le Quy Don High School and some other units.
At the workshop, the presenters presented presentations: “Scientific research work at Long An University of Economics and Industry and its applicability in practice” – University of Industry and Economics Long An; “The role of Tan Tao University in linking and supporting businesses to apply science and technology, innovate and incubate businesses” – Tan Tao University; “Some directions for applying augmented reality (Ar) in teaching spatial geometry for grade 11 in Long An province” – Le Quy Don High School; “Experience in commercializing science and technology topics” – Songhan Incubator Innovation Startup Incubation Center…
At the workshop, delegates discussed to propose solutions to promote the development of the science and technology market in Vietnam. In particular, promoting links between research institutes, universities, organizations and individuals researching science and technology with organizations and individuals that need technology applied to production, business and life is necessary. At the same time, agencies and businesses have to consult and support trade promotion and promot high-tech products applied to production, business and life aim to create breakthroughs in solving necessary social problems.
