For the purpose of propagating, disseminating and updating in-depth knowledge on the management and development of products protected by intellectual property (IP). On the morning of August 15, 2019, Nam Dinh Department of Science and Technology collaborated with the National Office of Intellectual Property to organize a training course on “Establishment and exploitation of intellectual property rights for research and creative results”.
Attending the training course were students from departments, branches and enterprises in the province related to intellectual property activities. The trainer of the training course is Mr. Le Tat Chien – Deputy Director of the Center for Research, Training and Support and Consulting of the National Office of Intellectual Property.
At the training course, the trainees were imparted information and knowledge about the role and meaning of IP in socio-economic development; identification of IP rights and IP objects from research and creation; use, transfer, manage, exploit and promote intellectual property; protect IP objects against forgery and infringement.
Through the training course, the trainees were equipped with knowledge about intellectual property rights for research and creative results. At the same time, it solves the difficulties in the management, exploitation and promotion of intellectual property in order to help units and localities develop more effectively with research and creative results./.
